Since 2020, Goodman Group has served Los Alamitos and surrounding CA communities with professional accounting services. Led by Awards Innovative, sean Williams has been with JBG Design & Development since 2025 as a corporate maintenance manager. He has been involved in the maintenance field from a young age and uses his cumulative knowledge to help identify issues at the senior living health care sites, train onsite maintenance directors, and implement uniformity across the organization. Prior to joining JBG Design & Development, Williams was in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and served from 2005 through 2013, including one deployment in 2008. Since then, his experience has included facility and HVAC maintenance for apartment buildings, Class An office buildings, production facilities, tech schools and hospitals. Williams holds a Chief C boiler license in Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in management from Metropolitan State University. He has also earned his master’s degree with project management certification.
